A charming medieval village in the Val di Cornia area, close to the Etruscan coast, located near the village of San Lorenzo. The site offers all the peace and tranquility needed for a relaxing holiday.

ACCOMMODATION:
The property is a farmhouse situated between fields and olive trees, about 500 meters from the main road. Along with a restaurant it offers 11 recently renovated comfortable apartments on the ground floor or first floor.

The two-rooms apartments are 9, three of them on the first floor and six on the ground floor. Two of the apartments on the first floor have a large terrace with umbrella, table and chairs and is ideal for those travelling with a pet. The others have their own covered outside space with table and chairs. All are equipped with TV, heating, air conditioning and equipped with bed linen and towels.

- Two-rooms apartment (approx 50 sqm):
living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, Sat-TV. Suitable for 2-4 persons, ground floor or 1st floor.
Each apartment is about 50 square meters, has a living room with a kitchen, dining table and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed or twin beds, and bathroom with shower. Each has its own private outdoor space furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

- Three-rooms apartment (ca. 80 square meters)
living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Sat-TV. Suitable for 4-6 people, 1st floor.
The two bedroom apartments are on the first floor and have a private place in the garden covered. There are about 80 square meters and have a living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

- A laundry room.
- Pets allowed.
- There is WIFI service but not in the apartments but in the square, near the pool.
- Upon request we offer our guests breakfast with cakes and homemade jams and dinners prepared according to old family recipes and local products.
- Restaurant ofefrs the pleasure to discover the dishes with the flavors of the past, with a lovely square where seasonal dinners are organized home-prepared with local products. The wide veranda that overlooks the fields is the ideal place to celebrate a happy event or a convivial gathering.
  - Shops: From there walk to the bakery and a restaurant. For all the rest need to take the car.

TO VISIT:
Its strategic location allows you to easily reach the charming medieval villages such as Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima Massa Marittima, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, who are often motivated by historical events, food and wine. The sea is about 12 km.

There are several etruscan sites, like Etruscan necropolis of the Gulf of Baratti, the Acropolis of Populonia, numerous museums and protected natural oasis and Area of the Lanzi Valley.
