The kitchen seats 8 comfortably . The cozy sitting room features a fireplace, comfortable seating and a tv sat. In this floor there is a double bedroom with its own bath en-suite.
First floor
In this floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with its own full bath. Each one is spacious with large armoires for storage and added beds throughout. All four of the bathrooms in the villa are spacious and airy.
AMENITIES:
The outside spaces of the villa, surrounded by the Lucca hills, are peaceful and tranquil. There are hammocks, many lounge chairs and a dining table and chairs that is arranged under a tented pergola off the kitchen by the pool. There is also a wistaria pergola with a tabel seating up to 8 persons
