Description
We offer a full day dedicated to the most precious product of this land: the truffle! The activity begins with a visit to a 'farm located in the green hills of Pisa short distance from the medieval village of Peccioli and where you can participate in a research trip to the truffle together with the truffle hunter with his dogs. During the walk in the woods and a long chat with the truffle you will learn how and where to grow truffles, as with the excavation, like dogs, are trained seeing them at work, in a demonstration of the search.
After the hike, we return to the Company and the guests, if they wish, can cook together to engage in the preparation of lunch with the products of the company and of course fresh truffles! After lunch prepared tasting of the farm in the cozy dining room, furnished in rustic Tuscan style.
