Among the gentle hills, at the foot of Pistoia’s mountains there is our farmhaouse. Few minutes far from the city center, 5 kilometres far from the famous Cathedral. You will find yourself in a rural world out of date, dominated by vineyards and olive groves. From Pistoia, amazing medieval town, you can easily reach Florence (40 Km), Lucca (50 Km), Siena (100 Km), Pisa (70 Km), Abetone's ski resort (70 Km) and also Versilia's beach (80 Km). This countryhouse is a seventeenth-century manor house of the ancient Breschi lineage, historical family from Florence that was used to stay here during the summer months to avoid the town's sultriness. It was renovated respecting the rural style of Pistoia's country side and having care of all the details. From this restructure project five two-rooms flats were created, all of them provided with a kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom, and all furnished with a comfortable rural style.

- APARTMENTS: composed of double bedroom with extra bed, spacious living area with kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed for two, bathroom.
- TRIPLE ROOM: is a large room with a very large bed, studio area with single bed, spacious bathroom with shower. The room is on the second floor, isolated and very quiet.
- DOUBLE ROOM: we can reserve the apartments for only bedroom use. The cost is of a simple room, but guests can take advantage of the entire living room.
- SINGLE ROOM: ideal for guests staying for business, in a double room/single use, with a seating area, work table, large sofa and TV.
Our breakfast (not included in the price) consists of all home-made products and mostly from the farm: bread, stuffed buns, typical Tuscan salami, cakes, cookies, puddings, jams, yogurts. It is served in the dining room or outside in the gardens, to make guests enjoying the view of the surrounding countryside.
The price includes all utilities, bed linen and towels.
