A small but very comfortable hotel on the western side of Elba, and is only a few metres from breathtaking granite cliffs and small, fine grain beaches.
Born around a house of 800, the hotel is run by owners now in its third generation , always attentive to the pursuit of quality and attention to detail . A comfortable place to discover the true soul of the island , through direct contact with the environment and nature , away from the crowded tourist areas .
The guests can choose from a completely relaxing holiday, or, if they prefer, a sports holiday: sea sports, thanks to the many paths in the area, is also a perfect starting off place for trekking or mountain bike lovers or bio-watching. Our hotel can give you any help you may need.
ACCOMMODATION:
15 rooms, comfortable and furnished with good taste, but the best are without a doubt those built out of the original building, proof of a century of Elba history.
The Hotel has a fully furnished apartment that sleeps 5/6, consisting of 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and large terrace that measures 30 m2.
Garden with private car park, another one for bicycles and motor bikes, free bicycles available (depending on availability). Free use of computers and Wi-Fi connection both in the public areas of the hotel and on the terraces of the Storia and Mare rooms. In our library, guests will find many books both on the history and on the environment of Elba, as well as books for children.
The hotel offers the chance of buying Blu Navy ferry tickets at very competitive prices. The tickets will be sent by email or post.

the hotel offer many sports alternatives to the beach and the sea: the natural beauty of the deep valley rising up from the sea as far as the peak of Monte Capanne - 1,019 metres high - not only gives you the chance of getting to know the true history of the island, but will also fascinate you. For hiking and walking lovers, there are many suggestive paths that start off right from the characteristic village; all are clearly signposted and offer various levels of difficulty, some through vineyards, others through chestnut woods, all in the heart of the Mediterranean bush with its typical, unmistakable perfumes. From the peaks of the surrounding mountains you have a breathtaking view not just of Elba, but also of the other islands of the Tuscan Archipelago as well as that of the island of Corsica.
