The apartments are in Maremma, in principina 8 km from the seaside, in a magnificent and incomparable stretch of Tuscan land. In an area characterised by uncontaminated nature, it offers two types of apartments, managed by just one company, all with private front-rear garden, with about 150 square metres of exclusive green area.
At disposition of guests a large common garden, two swimming pools with chairs and umbrellas, to enjoy the maritime breeze and the beautiful panorama. There is a vast garden area with olive trees, cypresses and the arbusti typical from the Maremma area, a small play ground children and two Barbecues so you can taste the full flavors of the region.

APARTMENT – TYPE A
(approx. 80 sq meters)
Apartments placed on two levels with independent entrance, furnished veranda and exclusive garden in front and behind the house for approximately 150 sq meters.
At the ground floor a large spacious living room with double sofa bed and a kitchen corner well equipped with big fridge/freezer and electric hobs + 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
At the first floor (accessible with a spiral staircase): one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with shower.
Furnished to the finest detail in modern and refined style paying attention you your needs every house has air conditioning, TV, two covered parking spaces and a large covered eating area perfect for sun downers or dining under the clear star sky in a natural environment.
APARTMENT – TYPE B
(approx. 50 sq meters)
Apartments placed completely at the ground floor with independent entrance, furnished veranda and private garden to the front and back. Composed by a living room with sofa bed, kitchen corner equipped with fridge/freezer and electric hobs and 2 bedrooms (it depends from the apartments you can find 2 double bedrooms or 1 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children). 1 Bathroom with shower.
All apartments have with private front-rear garden, with about 150 square metres of exclusive green area.

High cliffs alternate with small isolated coves. Long stretches of sandy beaches providing all comforts are protected by lush pine forests.
The large and accessible Beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. Are perfect setting for those who love the sea and nature but don't want to relinquish the comforts of cafés, restaurants and bathing establishments.
