We have all the comforts that a Tuscan villa accommodation should provide: satellite-TV, wood-burning fire, dishwasher, Jacuzzi bathtub, mosquito nets, electric fan, solarium, swimming pool for those moments of utter peace, and LAN connection for the internet. You can also play tennis for free just 3km away in another part of our estate.

Spend your holidays here means privacy and security, the area is fully enclosed. Seasonal fruit and vegetables grow in the garden. A beautiful panorama on surroundings.

ACCOMMODATION:

1. VILLA VERDI
The total surface area of the Villa is 200 sqm: it consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, over 2 floors. When you enter, your eye will first be caught by the ceilings - in practically every room they are vaulted, and in the living room the ceiling is cross vaulted in a particularly wonderful way.

The masonry kitchen is well-equipped, with a fridge and a wide freezer, cooker with 4 burners, oven, dishwasher and barbecue framed into the structure of the stove. The upper floor bathroom is remarkably large and charming - there you will find a great big bathtub with Jacuzzi settings, plus a wide shower. The interior design has been carefully chosen, and matches well with the architectural structure. The Murano glass chandeliers particularly worthy of mention.
Guests have a vast and private garden area at their disposal too, furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs and beach umbrellas.

2. VILLA PUCCINI
This is the largest of the villas, the total area being 220 sqm over the same level. It includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interiors in this villa are also well-integrated into the architectural setting, with a style typical of Tuscan country villas: ceilings with visible roof beams, terracotta-tiled floors, and well-arranged arches.

The kitchen is in masonry style, fully-equipped with electric household appliances (incl. dishwasher); a barbecue is also included, so you can easily grill some food. The fireplace in ancient stone is remarkable and towers above the living room area. The bathrooms are wide and well-fitted out with very large shower cubicles. One of them also provides a bathtub with Jacuzzi settings.

3. VILLA VIVALDI
With a surface area of around 185 sqm, this villa has been fitted out exceptionally well. It has a typical Tuscan country style, but also boasts a set of frescoes and Murano glass partitions, which - combined with the eighteenth-century-fireplace - serve to create a really unique atmosphere.

The villa is arranged over one floor, and has 4 bedrooms which are organized as follows:
1 bedroom with standard double bed ( 160 cm wide, 190 cm long)
1 bedroom with french double bed ( 140 cm wide, 190 cm long)
1 bedroom with 3 single beds
1 bedroom with 2 single beds

There are 2 bathrooms. Marble is used for basins, there are wide shower cubicles, plus Jacuzzis - these rooms are true masterpieces.
The kitchen is in masonry style, fully-equipped with electric household appliances (incl. dishwasher); a barbecue is also provided, so you can easily grill some food.

A further, new apartment has a surface area of 60 m2 and is suitable for 2+2 people. It is on the ground floor of the building which houses Villa Puccini and Villa Vivaldi. The quality of fitting of this small house is the same as the other 3 villas, and is the optimal choice for a couple who want to have an elegant and peaceful holiday.

4. APARTMENT ROSSINI
A double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and a big living room with kitchenette. Also included are two chair-beds for two people. The kitchen is equipped with electric household appliances (incl. dishwasher). In the living room there is an imposing fireplace, together with Satellite-TV and a direct telephone.
